Dear Izzy, Max, and Kate,

Moments like this make life worth the struggles we sometimes face.  The quiet beautiful pictures we slow down to capture in our hearts and minds (and sometimes on camera) are what’s important. Being your dad is my greatest joy. Twins are magic. Chaotic, challenging, maddening, messy, noisy, out of control beautiful magic. And Izzy, you are the best example for your brother and sister we could have ever hoped for. So sweet, so pretty, so smart. Straight A’s again on your report card. Proud of you my first baby.

Tues: Swam 1100 / Ran 30 minutes (feeling fast)

Wed: Biked 45 minutes (3 x 4 minutes at TT effort)

Thurs: Swam 1100 / Run 30 minutes (planned)
